CTF or Capture the Flag is very fun game mode where you trying to take flag of other team, and then take it to your base where is your flag. That way you capture the flag and bring points to you and frags to your team.

I remember some of the past matches and we often had a lot of great time. I remember we played it with bots also where they used to defend very good, but with players is lot harder. Combined can be very tricky also.

In this picture you would see how we played in teams, map is big so its even more fun to capture flag in there because you have more ways to take flag, but also to defend it if you are on good position. All depends how you look at that.

Before all I would say this game mode improves movement and forces you to make fast decisions in game, including aiming precision.
